Got screwed over by my partner, now I don’t know what to do.

Got screwed over by my partner, don’t know what to do. I don’t know where else to ask this so any and all help would be really appreciated. I moved in with my boyfriend in December and the lock-in period for our apartment ends in May. He broke up with me a few days ago and now he’s left the burden of finding a roommate on me. The thing is, he said he’ll pay the rent till March and by then I have to find a roommate. However, I told him to help me out till May, I can clear out the flat and I’ll pay him back the rent for those two months entirely. He refused to do that and I know it’s next to impossible to find someone who is willing to stay only two months. For reference, I’m giving the flat to anyone to live in if they want to, I’ll be home so I will not be staying but I will still pay my half of the rent until the lock-in period is over, after which I will vacate. I cannot afford 30k rent all by myself as I make a bit more than that per month. Can anyone please tell me what to do? It’s my name on the contract, not his.
