Exam centre harassment 12th board

My relative had her first day 12 th board exam today, unfortunately she has got rizvi college Bandra. The lady examiner was saying the full salam to every student and my relative replied good morning casually as an doesn't know what the proper reply would be. Then examiner started the harassment, she wouldn't put the sticker on the first page and she started keeping her work books on her table and not let her write the answers This was just the first day, any Advice would be helpful. But what can we do now during exam. I have told her to do salaam tomorrow. But this examiner was pointing her to other teachers I can't imagine that this happens in Mumbai
