Are there Card Clubs

Hey everyone, I'm going to be visiting Mumbai soon. Are there any card playing clubs that don't involve betting in Mumbai? For example, games such as Judgement, Seven Hands, 29? Can anybody just join in the fun? Or do you have to be a known person? Also I don't speak Hindi or Marathi. Take Care
