Amazon shipping not delivering my package

I had ordered a board game from shopbefikar.com and they used your services to have it delivered to me, via Amazon Shipping. The delivery has been deliberately delayed by the delivery partner on 4 different instances and I have been only waiting for the shipment since the past three days. I have already paid them for the item and there's no proper response from the team, how do I raise a geniune complaint? Attached images for more info.
