Aadhar update, wired incident!

Hey guys, Went for my phone number update for aadhar today, And noticed that the whole process is done in such pathetic manner? Anyone feels the same? The Operator lady has to literally hold a webcam by her hands to take my picture, I saw so many past documents updated request forms lying around the centre? Thats such a privacy lapse? When i asked the lady that does this process comes under Maharashtra government employment or is this third party contracted, she said this is under Maharashtra government employment but that employee has made me sit here on his behalf. What does this even mean? Is he working somewhere else? And keeping the government job and benefits and paying her less? What are your thoughts? Thanks in advance :)
