Which are Marathi Middle Class dominant localities?

Most of the good place in Mumbai is taken by some rich communities since years. Please help mention the localities in Mumbai Suburbs (due to cost constrain) where Marathi middle class and middle-upper class people dominate. Or even areas which are majorly cosmo, but are not dominant with one community other than Marathi. Edit: Thanks all for answering.
