Tired of shitty noise pollution - help recommend solution

I am tired of this fucking noise pollution. THere is a whole ass building construction going on right beside me my building. I get severe anxiety and have sensory issues. I have trouble concenterating. Iwork from home My head hurts. Not to mention whenever i go out in . Its too much fucking noise. Cars and two wheelers are constantly honking for no fucking reason. Need a solution. Can i just buy noise cancellation or something else that helps me? Which one is good? I only to silence.? Dont want to spend much?What worked for you? The whole thing legit making me insane. Sometimes i wake up extremely early morning due noise. I find myself being exhausted and frustrated.
