Swiggy has been very inconsistent at delivering food

Ordered the food at 8:53 PM still haven't received it. The food, will be cold. This isn't a one time thing. Swiggy says it will take 20-25 minutes but every time O order they take 1 hour to reach, with no compensation at all. I am tired of complaining again and again. It wouldn't have mattered if they give it will take 60 minutes or 45 minutes, but they falsify the time. Plus the delivery guy also went for another delivery as well. What's the point of Swiggy one. TL;DR: Swiggy has become shit. Tired about them
