SP SUZUKI SERVICE SCAM

I want to share my experience with free servicing of my gixxer 150 at S P Suzuki In kandivali. I had called the store to ask when i could bring my bike. I told them i wanted servicing to be in front of me. They said to bring the bike. When i reached, they proceeded to make me wait for 2 hours. After two hours, they told me i have to make payments for chain lube and other basic services included in free service. I told them i only want the basic work done. Took the bike inside and didnt allow me to watch. After 10 mins they brought the bike out to wash and that was it. I asked them why the bike wasnt repaired properly and they said it will take extra charge for basic repairs.Whenever i tried to ask them why, they would ignore and talk rudely. I played submissive to not create a scene. NO PROPER SERVICING DONE. NO HELP WITH REPAIRS. Tried to be respectful and came back and checked google reviews. ALL 1 STAR REVIEWS. My question now is how i can take some action and report this dealership. It would help if we can go and drop more 1 star reviews or something to report them.
