Rooftop/beach facing restaurants in mumbai

Can you guys recommend any good rooftop/beach facing or just normally good ambience restaurants between churchgate to Borivali that stay open till atleast midnight on weekends. There are many but 2major points that are making it hard to find are- good ambience without burning a hole in my pocket. A rough idea of budget is if vegetarian dishes are priced at around 600-800 per dish.
