Recommendations for a restaurant and cafe for my wife’s birthday

So my wife is visiting me from abroad next week and was wondering if any of you had good recommendations for a nice dinner in south Bombay where the restaurant cafe also prepares a birthday cake after dinner. Location - ideally closer to Churchgate area as we plan to go there after visiting the Elephanta Caves.
