PG Situation in Mumbai Goregaon Area.

Hi Mumbaikars! I want to know how is the availability of PGs around the NESCO IT Park Goregaon area? I might have to move there and I don't have really a lot of money to pay deposit and rent a 1 BHK then setup furniture, internet, gas etc so I was wondering are there any reliable PGs there or is the PG culture not there in Mumbai like other cities? Also how is the average rent around the area for single room?
