Need some Traveling tips :)

Hello Mumbaikars, Starting of with thanking y'all to be sooooo welcoming!!! Mumbai legit feels like home now :) Okay, so I stay near Andheri East, JB Nagar to be very precise, my office is in BKC. I used to travel by rickshaw as it was convenient but after talking to some relatives, it seems that I'm spending a lotttt in travel which is actually true. Now, what are some other ways to travel? I've tried underground metro but the cost of that and rickshaw is almost same... So, any buses? Locals? That y'all can suggest?
