Need help finding out the phone number of a person i accidentally gpayed money too

Today I was sending a certain amt to my dad, his name is rakesh... And i accidentally sent it to another person by the name of rakesh... I had previously sent him some money on the first of Jan as I was using porter and he was the delivery guy... I have his vehicle number so I tried searching for his phone number so that I could call him up and hopefully get things sorted... But I cannot find his number through the vehicle no. I have msged him on gpay to clear up the misunderstanding but still want to call him up to clear things out... How do I fix this mistake I made?
