Need advice on new year local commute

I’m currently starting in Goregaon West. I need to go for an overnight new year party in Panvel. The host confirmed the location is 10-12 mins off the Atal Setu. I’ll be taking an Uber to get there and returning the next day, with other friends in their personal car. Key question. When should I leave from Mumbai? I don’t want to go too early. I don’t want to leave too late and be stuck in massive NYE traffic. Will the traffic be really bad?
