Need a flat/accommodation for cancer patient.

Hello Everyone. My mother was diagnosed with metastatic ovarian cancer in July 2024. She was scheduled for surgery after her 3rd cycle. The CT after the 3rd cycle showed improvement but showed deep vein thrombosis in femoral artery and pulmonary thrombocytopenia. The local doctors still pushed for surgery but I got a second opinion from Tata Memorial Hospital and they advised against it. I followed their recommendations to treat the thrombosis and continue for 3 more cycles then bring her to Tata Memorial Hospital for surgery. We have registered her in Tata Memorial Hospital in these months and through consultation they scheduled the surgery in the end of this month since her cancer is aggressive. Since we are not from Mumbai, we need accommodation. I have tried looking for places around TMH, specifically dadar, and the guest houses there are not clean enough for the patient. I have pinned this video of a place and he was quoting me 1200 for it. Even if money is not an issue, the place should be atleast clean so she doesn't fall sick after surgery since she has compromised immune system from chemos already. I have tried using NoBroker, but the places are either too expensive or they don't pick up the call. I am requesting if anyone here has any leads of any accommodation or flat that I can rent for a month or two around TMH, dadar, mahim or anywhere near Tata, I would be extremely grateful. Thank you.
