My Guest's wallet was stolen in local in dadar he cannot go to police station as he has connecting trains how can he file complaint

My Guest's wallet was stolen it had (Adhar card, several debit/credit card, 10k ish in cash) thing is he has a train to surat, is there anyway he can file FIR? any help is appreciated or any complain of sort? He boarded from kalyan and deboarded at dadar to go to Mumbai Central to take his train
