Mumbai auto fares

I was traveling from Vikhroli station to Powai. Is this the normal fare? Sorry, I'm not familiar with Mumbai auto-rickshaw charges. I also noticed that the fare was increasing by 2 at a time. After how many meters does the fare increment occur? Additionally, when I tried to record a video or take a photo of the meter, the numbers kept flickering and didn’t appear stable. However, in reality, the meter display was fine. This didn’t happen when recording other videos. Can anyone explain why? I paid 89 for about 5.1 kms. It’s cheaper than in my State, but I just want to make sure the meter is working properly in this case. I have taken other videos but can only attach one.
