Mumbai Airport Terminal 2 Arrivals Doubt

Is it possible for me to meet my friend inside the airport if he is arriving to Mumbai airport in an international flight and I'm traveling to Mumbai airport T2 via a domestic flight? What's the best place/landmark to meet?
