Looking for Advice on Buying Imported Marble – Pricing & Best Place to Buy

Hi, I’m from Coimbatore, and we’re currently building a house. We’re looking to buy imported marble, but we’re facing a challenge—most of the stores here are unorganized and unbranded, making it hard to know the actual value of the marble. We’ve heard from multiple people that marble costs significantly less in Maharashtra and other North Indian states. Is this true? If so, does it make sense to source it from there and transport it to Tamil Nadu?
