Kyc for jio you wifi

Hey guys, good morning So yesterday we decided to set up jio wifi at our home for the first time, I called on the jio wifi number and they arranged a guy for the wifi installation and set up, after few hours the guy would show up alone and said his app for kyc was not working so installation couldn't happen and swifted to next day, the thing which was suspecious for me is that he came alone and whiteout any equipment for installation, and was continuously looking at my things and asking if he could visit another room for some range checking (for his app) - this was kind of suspecious for me, and luckily I was not alone. But today he would come again with some installation guy he says and also told me to keep my original aadhar card and he would take a live photos of me for kyc, so my question for you guys is have you experienced similar while installing jio wifi ? Is the kyc ligit ? TIA TLDR: jio wifi first time installation and kyc verification being suspecious for me
