Is it me or The Mankhurd ROB's Descending is prone to accidents?

My dad , once riding a scooter today told me After passing through the ROB Extension that the end point is dangerous since it leads to the station slums on the left side of the existing ROB with a ramp on the existing one that can possibly cause accidents.
