Ideal location for 1bhk flat for rent?

I am looking to rent 1bhk flat for rent in a premium society. My budget is 35-45k. Our jobs are mainly WFH so flexible with location, preferably on western line. Which areas or premium society will provide 1bhk, please suggest?
