I want to pursue Btech, is it a good career option in 2025?

I pursued my hsc in 2021 and since then I started working, now without a degree the scope of growth seems non existent and hence planning to pursue a btech in cse, can anyone guide how to start, which exam to appear for, and which schemes will help me obtain relaxation in the tuition fees?
