I have OCD and my friends have come over to stay

22M here and I live in a flat with a flatmate with me occupying the bedroom and him occupying the hall. My two friends have come over from Delhi and and wanted to stay for 7-10 days. Now I have really bad OCD and both are very unhygienic and only follow hygiene when asked to. My floor as well is also usually dirty and they roam around without slippers. This is all affecting my mental health and also causing me to waste time at washing bedsheets and sanitizing everything. They do really have an alternative at staying somewhere else but all other places at very far apart. What should I do?
