I am really disturbed

I was travelling alone near charni road at 10.30 pm. I was wearing a solid white tshirt and jeans and the tshirt was body fit. I was crossing the road and some guy on the a 2 wheeler scooter (sitting back and seemed like in his late 20-30’s, skinny and tall) screamed ‘nice boobs’. Now I am not sure if he said ‘nice boobs’ or ‘nice boots’ but I am pretty sure it was not the later. I froze for a second and since he was on 2 wheelers and sped past me. I was looking in the direction he went trying to process what happened, he turned back completely and looked at me till he was like 50 meters away. While all this happened I was on call with a friend telling him how maybe I should carry a jacket around and the next moment this happened. I am scared af, idk how to even tell my parents. I just hope he said nice boots but there is no way to figure that. What do I do?
