HSC Boards commerce

Hi,I have a doubt for seniors who have given boards.Is the checking really strict.Today was my maths paper and I fked it.I attempted all questions but most of the answers were wrong but the steps were correct.So do they give marks for attempting or not and do they really check the papers strictly??
