How to persuade parents to go to Hospital ?

How do you convince your parents to consult a doctor? My dad has bloating and gastric issues(suspected case of gallbladder infection) since yesterday, this issue is reoccurring too frequently. He never mentioned to me(as I live overseas) I arrived today after a year.. boom... Dad is in extreme pain and he doesn't wanna go to hospital not ready to take any painkillers. I am so fucking pissed off now. It's been few hours in India ... I tried to persuade him several times. His response is, 1. Why I am making it a big fuss? 2. Not ready to eat anything and complaints pain. Anyone has any tips folks.
