How much do you spend daily?

Well, I want to know how much people around my age 22M around ar spending monthly. My father thinks I am spending a lot as he gives me money but in fact I only spend it on essential spends like health and basic clothing and all. I want to prove him that I might be spending the less amoung my peers. So please guys asap do let me know. Thank You
