How is staying in Kurla?

Hey everyone! We’re moving houses from Powai and trying to find a spot that works for both me (I work remotely) and my wife, who works in BKC. After exploring a few areas, we realized Ghatkopar wasn’t for us—it felt super cramped, and we kept running into this weird 'only veg food allowed' thing, which honestly, we found hilarious! Anyway, we found a beautiful 2BHK in Kurla, really close to BKC, in a great society with nice interiors. We absolutely loved the house, but of course, the general perception of Kurla is bad I suppose? So all my friends are like no bro but when we visited, it felt quite chill and definitely less crowded than Ghatkopar! So, I was wondering—does anyone here live in Kurla or nearby? Would love to hear your personal experiences or thoughts about the area, especially in terms of safety and day-to-day living. Any insights would be super helpful. Thanks a ton!
