Guys, I need a suggestion for economical yet respectable accomodation

So, I have stayed in a PG in Sion, close to my college and guess what? I left after an year because of the exorbitantly high rent. Like, 10k per month, but still, for a student that's too much. I might need to rent in the near future, near Sion. I was thinking about renting a flat, no PG, so that the rent will be split. I have a buddy who is willing to stay with me. So, I would like to know which area is cheap but good enough (like not unhygienic and quiet enough, that's how low I've set the bar). Preferably within Sion, but a few kms here and there would do. I also have another idea of opting for an external students' hostel. Ig Jain Society in Sion does have such provisions. But I'm not aware of any criterion/criteria for those hostels. Y'all know my budget, less than 10k/month. Pls help. 🙏 The thing is I didn't get college hostel because I don't live "far enough" to be "eligible" for a hostel. So I have to resort to costlier means. P.S. I am not looking for rent as of now, so pls don't fill my DMs with broker messages. I just want a rough idea.
