**Got a "new" number from Vi, but it's full of problems—what do I do?** So I recently got a **supposedly "new" number** from Vi, but turns out, it’s **not so new after all**. As soon as I started using it, I kept getting calls from random people looking for the **old owner**, asking me **how I got this number** and all that. It’s honestly frustrating. I emailed Vi about this, and their response? **"Just block them or explain that the number no longer belongs to that person."** Bruh, I don’t have the time or the energy to do free customer support for Vi. I was **promised a new number**, not this unpaid headache. Now, the real problem—I tried shopping on **Myntra** and saw they were giving an offer for **new sign-ups**. Thought I’d take advantage of it, **but turns out the old owner already has an account** with this number. So no offer for me. 😑 To make things worse, I also keep getting **random SMS from weird IDs**, probably spam or stuff meant for the old owner. I’m so **tired** of this. **What do I do now?** Can I demand Vi give me a genuinely new number, or am I just stuck with this mess? Anyone else faced this before?1
