Good hourly hotels for couples?

My partner and I need to rent a hotel for a couple of hours but can’t find any good SAFE hotels near Andheri or anywhere in South Bombay. Our budget is around 3-4k total. Safety and budget is our main concern. PLEASE HELP!!
