Forced to return to Mumbai jobless

This is the story of a friend who stays a couple of buildings away. He completed his graduation from Mumbai university and took an education loan to go to UK to pursue Masters in Finance in hopes to provide a better life for him and his family. After his Masters, he applied his heart out and made it to a few final rounds only to face rejection. After a lot of struggle dealing with loneliness and rejection, he finally got a part time job as a Financial Analyst and somehow made ends meet. This unfortunately was not enough to cover his expenses for himself and his family. Fast forward to today, his Visa is expiring in a couple of days and now he will be jobless on his return here to Mumbai back with his family. He has worked previously in IIFL, and also as a Mortgage analyst and most recently as a Assistant Finance Analyst. Please give advice as to where he can apply here in India, any help will be appreciated.
