Food to bring back from Mumbai?

I’m not from Mumbai but I currently live here. I work remotely and meeting work buddies after a year this weekend. What food items do I bring them from here that can survive some time in the flight? Flight is early morning so please don’t suggest vada pav, won’t be able to get it so early in the morning, and it might make a mess in my bag. The dryer the better. 🥲
