Enforce remote work to speed up the dogging and construction

Would be cool if the government mandated remote work for industries that can function remotely—at least until they finish the never-ending construction. Better yet, fine companies ₹1000 per worker per week if they force unnecessary office commutes. Watch how fast they "embrace flexibility." It’s hell for both workers and commuters. Construction crews can’t work efficiently with constant traffic in the way, and commuters are stuck moving at the pace of a casual jogger. 14 km takes me over an hour. That’s literally the speed of someone running a 10K. How is this normal? Fix this mess already.
