Does anyone else feel that Mumbai has changed too much?

It certainly cannot be the fact that back then I used to be a school kid/college student with lots of free time and no responsibilities and now I am an adult with multiple responsibilities who has to work for a living and manage my expenses. It is only the city that has changed not the fact that I have to do grown up stuff like working, commuting, paying bills , paying loans. Stuff my parents used to struggle with as well but they didnt burden me with it, so those things didnt exist back then according to me. This city has been ruined by \*insert people of community/religion/caste/state that I hate\* due to whom the situation is bad and we should go back to that time when because if I look at my childhood/youth with rose tinted glasses surely it must have been a great time to be a working adult back then as well.
