Does anybody else notice this? (While traveling from BKC to SION Bandra link road)

While going to Eastern expressway from BKC every cab driver and auto driver would stop take a piss after the bridge then carryon. I found it normal when it was done twice or thrice but now it's very often 7 of 10 people stop at the same spot for a piss and there is no washroom just an open space
