Could you people recommend me some good psychiatrist for my social anxiety and depression

I tried checking on practo but they were way expensive like 1500 rs for a 15 min session Is this the usual fee for a therapy session ? I'm a 24M and due to anxiety and loneliness I'm having a pain in my chest & can't able to sleep properly due to stress for the past 3 weeks. I had anxiety since my childhood i somehow handle to managed it . But now I can't I need help.
