Can opening a turf in Mumbai be profitable ?

I need some information about the turf business in India and in Mumbai especially. Are there any neighborhoods in Mumbai especially which have a plot of empty land enough to build 2 medium sized turfs ? What neighborhoods in Mumbai currently need a turf because of lack of enough of them? What will be the cost be to set up 1 turf? As in , accounting in everything like the land cost or rent , equipment cost , maintenance cost, staff cost, etc. How much can the turf make a month and how much will be profit? How do u take permissions from buildings to set up a turf on its terrace and what will be the respective price accounting in everything. ?
