Best way to reach Thane from Mira Road.

Hey Mumbaikars, Greetings I just shifted to mumbai and my job location is Airoli. I live in Mira Road(E). What will be the best route to reach my job location on time(9 AM). If I have to take local train, please guide me with routes and station and also timing. Any other suggestions on mode of transportation? All suggestions are appreciated.
