Best (+ affordable) way to travel from Mumbai Airport to Colaba?

We're coming to Mumbai this week for the first time (landing at 10 am). And Uber is showing very high fare. How can someone go from Airport to Colaba? Are there any direct buses...or other ways to make this commute hassle free? Please let us know!
