A guide to Mumbai for a newbie coming for Coldplay!
Hey guys! It’s gonna be my first time in Mumbai (atleast as an adult who can remember it). Me and my bf are coming to for Coldplay yay!! We’re landing on Mumbai on the 16th, two days are for exploring the city, attend the concert on the 18th and leaving at 1pm on the 19th. - what’s the best area to take a hotel / airbnb in so it’s easier / cheaper to travel. I’ve heard Mumbai traffic is crazy so I don’t want to lose time there. - will the travel be cheap in Mumbai via rickshaws and taxis on the spot or should we rent a car since we’re there for three days. Which one would be cheaper / more efficient in total? - do you guys have any reccos that I ABSOLUTELY cannot miss and won’t have to hear “bro u went to Mumbai and didn’t to THAT” from my Bombay friends. I’ve attached a random list I had made after watching several “must do in Mumbai” videos. Now I know I can’t fit in all of them within 2 - 2 and a half days so I was hoping y’all could guide me as to what would be a more practical and do-able way to go about this. Also if you’re giving reccos - my boyfriend loves places with history or culture like museums, galleries etc. and i’m a BIG foodie. Anything from a 5 star hotel to a bandi on the road if it’s a must try then I’m there. Would appreciate your input thanks !4
