Visor Fog up

Hello everyone, fairly new motorcyclist here. Been riding for 8-9 months, currently owning a Discover and Dominar 250. The question is that I'm greatly myopic ( with -6.0 in both eyes ) so I need to use my glasses but the problem is that my glasses fog up whenever I stop the bike, and also visor fogs up heavily. Is there any way I can avoid that? I use a pinlock 30 Axor Apex as my daily driver helmet. Its also really annoying to stop everytime and open the visor to make the fog go away. Please any spectacled motorcyclist here please suggest something to do about it. ( picture for attention xD )
