Street triple quote query

Hi everyone, Got a quote from a Bangalore triumph for Street Triple RS Yellow. I am not able to understand some sections of this quote. What is Service Rendered for Regn? If they are taking LTT (RTO) then why they are taking additional fees for the name of “Service Rendered for Regn”? If anyone can help me, it would be of great help!
