Should i pull the trigger on this

I'm searching for my first motorcycle and want something with enough power to keep things exciting but not too intimidating. I'm looking for a versatile bike that I can learn and grow with. Something I can use for touring, occasional track days, and even light off-roading. This one is priced around ₹2.5 lakh on-road, but I'm open to other suggestions as well.
