Should a newbie get a v storm SX

Soo I'm turning 18 on 16th of January and my mom gave me a offer to get a bike This V storm sx 250 was in my mind since 2022 when I catched a glimpse of it in a suzuki showroom The only problem is i actually don't know how to ride a bike 💀 but I have basic knowledge of clutch & gear because I can drive my mothers car I watched many reviews of it online and I fell in love with this bike but there are somethings i want to know so I created this post:- 1- will it be fine for a newbie raider to learn on this bike 2- can I ride this bike in the crowd of delhi (some time my area becomes very crowded because of week markets) 3- will it be a good decision overall? *My age-18 *My hight-181cm *My BW-85KG
