Escaped near death

Hei guys So today we were riding to riders cafe somewhere after hosur (south india) I was in 60km/h ig and suddenly I see there was a tiny pothole I managed to bring down the speed to 40-50km/h I don't remember. The next thing I know was my handle bar was locked. I stopped the bike and was wondering what happened then insaw my front mudguard hitting my tires(front) then I saw that the mudguard (back portion) was stuck on to the bendpipes guard(idk what exactly that's called but it's a bend pipe for me which below the radiator) My bike is just 4m old (n250) idk what to do I somehow managed pull the mudguard out. Is it an issue with the suspension is my question because after 1st service there was squeezing sound everytime I applied break and showroom guysbtold it's just because they applied lube and stuff it will go away after few days.
