What do I get?

Will be using for mostly college commute (40Kms), but i'm torn up choosing in between the rs200 and mt15. Mileage is decently important but i also really like the thrill of the pulsars. What would you suggest? or what other bikes would you recommend? (Budget is upto 2.2L). Ive only ridden an Activa before 🙏
