Wear your gear please

Ik this has been said many times but seriously, don’t underestimate our roads. Even falls at low speeds can be deadly. A few months ago a friend fell from his scooty at around 30kmph because of sand on the road and i had to get him to a hospital due to his wounds. A few weeks ago my dad tried to avoid a pothole and lost balance and his bike fell on him and pinched his foot against the footpath, the doctor said that the cut was so deep that he could see his tendons and that if it had been deeper than he would’ve needed surgery. Now today, a few hours ago another friend fell at around 30-35kmph because of a dog and again I had to get him to a hospital for treatment. All of these injuries could have been avoided with gear, my two friends had major injuries on their hands and feet only which could’ve been avoided with gloves and boots, my dad’s injury could’ve been avoided with boots.
